The Coaches' Voice Academy provides a platform which follows managers and coaches whilst they are working in order to aid coaching development for those that are watching. Whilst on site, the team followed Sam through his drills which were designed around breaking down a low block.

The sessions allow an insight into the B Team's work on the training pitch and features Sam passing on his knowledge to the young players to assist their development on the pitch. The videos also see Sam discuss his journey as a player with Brentford and the progress that the Club has made during his time in West London with The Bees.
