Löfbergs, Founder Partner of Brentford Community stadium, have chosen to donate a number of their partnership assets for the 2021-22 season to help promote the work of Change Please Coffee, who tackle homelessness through coffee.

Change Please Coffee is a blend of social enterprise and coffee expertise. They want to tackle the UK’s homelessness crisis by creating a positive act through coffee. Every cup bought helps people back into homes and employment.

100 per cent of the profits from Change Please Coffee go into giving people experiencing homelessness a living wage job, housing, training, onwards opportunities and a fresh shot at life. Over 300 people to date have experienced a full-life intervention by Change Please Coffee, and risen through their hard-work and dedication, to show what they really can achieve.

Change Please Coffee currently work within eight countries and will continue to expand globally, and their brand will be seen prominently on matchday and digital assets around the world at all of Brentford’s home Premier League games.

One of the first projects looking to be set up as a result from the link up will be a Change Please Café at Brentford’s Gunnersbury Park Sports hub. This will not only give Change Please Coffee the opportunity serve their coffee locally, but they’ll also be staffing it with members of the community affected by homelessness.

Cemal Ezel, Change Please Coffee said: “The work we do here at Change Please Coffee continues to be of the utmost importance as we look to offer amazing coffee and do good at the same time. This kind of support from Brentford FC and Löfbergs is truly appreciated and together helps us to spread our important message further.”

Wilson Clarke, Managing Director Lofbergs UK added: “We are proud to work with Change Please Coffee to tackle the homelessness crisis. Change Please Coffee, Brentford FC and Löfbergs all live by the same values and we all want to raise awareness and create employment for the homeless within the Brentford area.”
