The safety of everyone attending fixtures at Brentford Community Stadium is of the utmost importance and we’d like to encourage fans to be ready to show their Covid-19 status certification at our upcoming home games (Brighton and Hove Albion, Oldham Athletic and Liverpool), as required by the Premier League.

While supporters under the age of 18 will not be required to undertake a Covid-19 status check, adult supporters will be able to provide the following as evidence:

The purpose of the survey is to help fans to get ready ahead of new guidance expected from the Government shortly. We’ll be asking supporters if they can show evidence that indicates their Covid-19 status or will be able to show this at future games. No fans will be turned away from these games ahead of 1 October if they are unable to show evidence of their Covid-19 status however we’d like to ask attendees to support our staff who are undertaking these checks - they are a Premier League requirement and designed to help increase the safety of stadia and enable us to keep our stadium open for all fans going forward.

While we will endeavour to manage this process efficiently, it will inevitably lead to a slightly longer entry time for some supporters. We strongly recommend fans arrive early given these additional checks.

Finally, please do also follow other guidance contained in the Covid-19 Supporter Code of Conduct which has recently been updated, including wearing face coverings in indoor spaces (unless exempt or while eating and drinking).

If you have any further queries on this, please contact us at [email protected] however please bear in mind that the Club does not have any leeway on government/Premier League guidelines so it is not something that we can take a club-specific approach on.
