New roles advertised by Brentford FC Community Sports Trust under the Kickstart scheme are set to go live. The Kickstart scheme is a six-month paid fully-funded job opportunity for young people. It enables candidates to gain experience working at Brentford FC CST
Jobs are open to 16 to 24-year-olds, who are claiming universal credit and are at risk of long-term unemployment. Young people between the ages of 16 and 24 have found employment at clubs and their club community organisations up and down the country. Across the UK, the Kickstart Scheme has created more than 200,000 approved jobs in its opening months, with over 20,000 starts between 4,000 employers.
