Burton, who are seventh in the league table, play Oxford United at home on Saturday.

In Sky Bet League Two there was a win for Swindon Town as they beat Sutton United 2-1 away from home. The goals game from Louis Reed and Jonny Williams for Town before Harry Beautyman halved the deficit later in the half. Alex Gilbert remained on the bench for the game but he will be aiming for more minutes when the side host Bradford City this weekend.

Up in Scotland, Jaakko Oksanen’s Greenock Morton will be aiming to return to winning ways when they travel to take on Queen of the South. They are ninth in the Scottish Championship.

On foreign shores, there was Europa League action last night for Galatasaray as they beat Lokomotiv Moscow 1-0 away from home in Group E. Halil Dervişoğlu remained on the bench for the match which was won by Muhammed Kerem Aktürkoğlu in the 82nd minute. The side are top of their group on seven points after three games and they face fellow Turkish giants Besiktas in the league on Monday.

As for Patrik Gunnarsson, his Viking FK side take on Lillestrøm SK on Saturday and their opponents are just three points behind them in sixth place.
