The Premier League's Primary Stars project has outlined some of the ways it is helping schools keep children active. The Premier League's Primary Stars scheme provides free, flexible and easy-to-use curriculum-linked teaching resources for schools. Using the power of football, the programme offers a host of free resources to teachers and pupils to encourage youngsters to learn, be active and develop important life skills.

Over the past few weeks, the project has released some of what it is offering to schools. This includes a range of resources to help young people maintain a healthy lifestyle. Primary Stars has just released a Super Mood Movers pack.

Schools can use the pack to show pupils what a healthy lifestyle looks like and why it is important. There is also a video to join in with. See more here and below.
