Brentford FC is recruiting a Partnerships Sales and Events Coordinator. The new recruit will be part of the Club’s Partnership Sales team. The primary purpose of the role is to support the Partnerships Sales team’s operations, development and event management and will be crucial in the process of securing new commercial partners for the Club.

The role will suit someone with excellent administration and customer service skills. Experience of managing and co-ordinating the organisation of events is essential. Applicants should have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and confident manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, management and ownership of the Brentford sales team’s programme of sales events. They will manage the administration of the department, working on tasks as required for the sales process. This will also include creation of sales reports for weekly review by the sales team to efficiently direct upcoming activity.

Management of events will involve managing the end-to-end events experience, from invitation through to post-event follow up, and the sourcing and delivering of supporting materials for the events.
