Brentford FC Community Sports Trust are running a range of fitness classes this winter. The Trust will be helping keep local people active in the coming months. And there is a free trial session for everyone who wants to take part.
The Trust run classes every week from Monday to Saturday. Some are in-person and some are offered virtually, depending on the class. They include yoga, pilates and chair-based exercies.
