The Danes have already secured a place at the 2022 World Cup and they kept up their impressive run with victory on home soil.

The goals came from Andreas Skov Olsen before Jack Bruun Larsen found the net off the bench. Faroe Islands hit back with a goal of their own- Denmark’s first goal conceded in eight Qualifying games- late on but The Danes restored their two-goal advantage with a late strike of their own through Joakim Maehle.

Christian played 80 minutes in the victory in a game where they dominated in terms of chances. They had 19 shots in total but just four were on target whilst the opponents mustered up three shots in the match.

The Danes round off their campaign with a trip to Scotland, who have guaranteed second spot and a place in the March playoffs with a 2-0 win away to Moldova, when they face off on Monday.
