Brentford FC Community Sports Trust are looking for a new member of the team to be responsible for youth work delivery in Hounslow borough. The Youth and Communities Engagement Worker will be employed on a part-time basis and work with the Trust's Youth and Communities Engagement Manager. They will ensure delivery of a variety of evening (and potentially weekend) sessions for the Youth and Communities Engagement programme.

The successful candidate will build positive relationships with young people through sports or activity outreach youth work and focused centre-based activity programmes. They will create a Youth Voice and Action Group to involve young people in the planning and delivery of the activities on offer, ensuring they are innovative and effective. The role will also include developing an “Area Plan” to create partnerships with other local community groups to collaborate for the benefit of the local community and its young people.

The role is part time (14 hours per week x 52 weeks) with an immediate start.
