In line with the Government’s current Covid-19 restrictions, Wembley will have a maximum 10,000 capacity for this match. This means there will be fewer than 4,000 General Admission tickets allocated to each finalist. The Club has listened to both BIAS and Bees United as representatives of our supporters to determine the ticket allocation approach given the low number. Their strong preference is that the tickets for this game should be allocated based on TAPs as per our Customer Charter and we have agreed to move forward with this approach.

Full Ticketing information for the game was released yesterday.

Earlier today, Monday 24 May, emails were sent to fans who can buy tickets for the game. Supporters can buy their tickets online immediately, over the phone or at the Box Office in the coming days (Thursday and Friday 10am – 5pm). If you don’t receive an email and/or want to check your TAPS – log in to your Ticketing Account here (or read more here).

Supporters are able to use our Friends and Family functionality to sit in groups of up to six eligible fans from the same stand as yours. You can also apply for the ballot in groups of up to six. Read more about Friends and Family here.

Match Tickets will be available to choose in three categories, subject to availability.

Category 1: £65 adults and £32.50 for seniors and under-16s

Category 2: £55 adults and £27.50 for seniors and under-16s

Category 3: £45 adults and £22.50 for seniors and under-16s

If you want to sit close to those in your group, please ensure that you all select the same category. Wembley rules state, all under-16s must be accompanied by an Adult.

This first round of TAPs sales close on Tuesday 25 May at 5pm. At this point we will assess any remaining tickets and offer them to the next supporters in line based on TAPs. This next group will receive an email on Tuesday evening informing them that they have until Wednesday 5pm to purchase.

All tickets purchased online before 5pm on Tuesday 25 May will be issued by post. Any tickets purchased after this time will need to be collected at the Box Office at Brentford Community Stadium (Open Mon-Fri 10am-5pm)

We have now drawn the Lucky Dip, and 50 of our younger fans who are Frozen Season Ticket Holders or Premium Seat Holders will be contacted and given the opportunity to buy a pair of tickets. Each successful applicant will need to attend with an adult who is a frozen STH or Premium Seat Holder.

We know there will be many disappointed Bees fans at the end of this process, and we are incredibly sad that we cannot play in front of all our fans. We share your frustrations and thank you for your understanding. The team will be giving everything they have, for all of you, whether you’re in the stands or watching on TV.
