Brentford have secured themselves a place in the SkyBet Championship Play-Off Final at Wembley Stadium. The Bees came from behind to beat AFC Bournemouth 3-2. The Final will take place on Saturday 29 May 2021.

Brentford will find out their opponents later today when Swansea City take on Barnsley at The Liberty Stadium. The Club has now reached its second successive Play-Off Final having made it to the national stadium last year.
