Having been ever-present for Silkeborg leading up to the side's final away match of the season, the goalkeeper was kept out of the action due to injury.

The side have already earned promotion to Danish football's top tier, but they sit second behind Viborg by three points.

Magnus Mattsson put Silkeborg ahead on 12 minutes but Liam Jordan pulled one back just six minutes later. Silkeborg went back in front just after the half hour mark. Jordan scored again not long before the break and the home team actually went ahead shortly after the hour when Oliver Kjærgaard found the net. When it looked like Silkeborg would be heading to a rare defeat, Nicklas Røjkjær stepped up to make it 3-3 on 90 minutes.

The side will play their final home game of the season when they host Fredericia on Wednesday.
