Christian Nørgaard, Mathias Jensen, and Henrik Dalsgaard have all been included as Kasper Hjulmand's 26-man squad begin their journey towards next winter's World Cup in Qatar.

The Danes get their Group F campaign underway with a trip to Israel on 25 March before returning to Herning for a game against Moldova three days later, both 5pm kick-offs UK time. They end their March fixtures with arguably the toughest test of the entire qualifying journey, a visit to Vienna to take on Austria on 31 March, kick-off 7.45pm.

The games will also serve as warm up for this summer's European Championships which have paired Denmark with Finland, Belgium, and Russia.

For Christian it will be his first international recognition since his man-of-the-match performance against England on debut last September while Mathias Jensen has four caps to his name so far, all of them coming this season.

Henrik Dalsgaard remains our most-capped international player while at the Club as he looks to add to his 27 appearance for Denmark.

All three players started on Friday night as we won 1-0 away at Blackburn Rovers. It was Henrik's 33rd Championship appearance of the campaign, most of those coming as captain, while Mathias has featured in 34 league matches this term. There was also a welcome return to the starting XI for Christian after injury restricted him to just two substitute appearances since early October.
