Emails have been sent today, Thursday 18 March, to all Season Ticket Holders who initially bought packages for the 2020/21 season. Whether you froze your Season Ticket, or took a partial or full refund, the email explains what you need to do next and the relevant upcoming deadlines to make sure you are ready for the start of next season.

At the start of the 2020/21 campaign, Season Ticket Holders were given three options in the knowledge that many games would be played behind closed doors – Freeze, Reserve or Refund. Some of those that froze their Season Tickets, which was more than 90 per cent, were able to attend games under reduced capacities in December.

Those that froze will have their Season Tickets renewed automatically. However, if you attended games in December you will need to pay for those Match Tickets by 30 June. Those that reserved their seats with a 25 per cent deposit have until 16 April to confirm that they would like to renew their Season Ticket before those seats are released. Fans that opted for a refund will have access to purchase any unreserved seats from next Monday, 22 March, until 16 April.

Full guidance on these processes has been sent to Season Ticket Holders. We are close to reaching capacity for Season Tickets for next season. Details will follow in due course should any further Season Tickets become available for 2021/22.

Late last month, the Government announced its roadmap to ease restrictions. With the plan stating that all adults are due to have been offered a vaccination by the end of July, we are hopeful we will have all our Season Ticket Holders back in the stadium for the beginning of next season and are planning on that basis.

Also, as previously stated, if the Government do stage pilot events for fans to attend matches this season, we will do everything in our power to be at the front of the queue for these. If this includes any of our remaining scheduled home Sky Bet Championship fixtures, frozen Season Ticket Holders will be invited using the same priority order we used before Christmas.

Whilst we are planning for unrestricted attendances next season, we have all seen how things can change, and will of course put contingency plans in place if reduced capacities are still in operation for the start of next season. If you have any questions or did not receive an email, please contact us at [email protected].

Premium Seat Holders will be contacted directly by our Premium Services Team as to arrangements for the 2021/22 season.

Stay safe and best wishes from everyone at the Club.
