Referee: Stephen Martin

Assistant Referees: Mark Pottage and Robert Merchant

Fourth Official: David Rock

This is Stephen Martin’s ninth season as a referee in the EFL and fifth as a member of the Select Group Two of Sky Bet Championship match officials.

The Staffordshire official, whose father and grandfather were both officials in the Football League, first took charge of us in April 2013 as we lost 2-0 to MK Dons at Stadium:MK.

Other memorable matches under Martin include the 3-2 win over Brighton and Hove Albion in September 2014 and last season's 1-0 victory at Middlesbrough.

Martin, who, as part of the PGMOL exchange programme, refereed three J-League games in 2013, has taken charge of us three times already this season. He oversaw November's 1-1 draw at home to Swansea City before sending off both Tom Lockyer and Ivan Toney during our 1-0 win over Luton Town in January. He was then the man in charge of the 2-0 defeat at Coventry City a fortnight ago.

In total, we have won five and lost five of the 13 games under him.

So far this term, Martin has taken charge of 24 games, showing 54 yellow cards and two reds, which both came in that game at the Brentford Community Stadium against The Hatters.
