The second tier's top marksman, who took this award back in October, is up against Norwich City's Teemu Pukki, Michal Helik of Barnsley, and Cardiff City midfielder Harry Wilson with the winner announced tomorrow, Friday, morning.

Ivan began the month with our second goal in a 3-2 win over Bristol City before two goals and an assist against Middlesbrough in the North East as we won 4-1. Four days later and Ivan was in the thick of the action again, involved in all three goals, scoring one of them, as we won 3-1 at The Madejski Stadium against Reading.

After our 2-0 defeat to Barnsley, Ivan opened the scoring at Loftus Road in a 2-1 derby reverse against Queens Park Rangers. A knock picked up in that game kept him out of our 2-0 loss at Coventry City and meant he began on the bench against Sheffield Wednesday, but he returned to the scoresheet with his 25th of the season to complete the turnaround against Stoke City last weekend.

That goal against The Potters made him the third different Brentford player to hit 25 league goals in the last three seasons, a feat that hasn't been achieved by any EFL club since the 1960s.

The 24-year-old's form has already seen him shortlisted for the Give Me Sport Player of the Month award and earned him a place in the WhoScored.com Team of the Month.
