The young Bees, who were in action last week against Luton Town, will travel to Hertfordshire to take on the National League South side with the match another opportunity for Neil MacFarlane’s squad to test themselves against men’s opposition.

Brentford B were due to take on a Southend United XI this Wednesday (3 March) at Bisham Abbey, however this match will now no longer go ahead and the young Bees will now have their eyes on a trip to St Albans this weekend.

The side actually played at Clarence Park late last year against a Watford Under-23 side where they claimed a 3-1 win with two goals from Max Haygarth and one from Alex Gilbert.

This match will be played behind closed doors, but St Albans will be providing a stream of this fixture free of charge on their YouTube channel. We will share the stream on the day of the game to ensure supporters can tune in to support the young Bees from home.

We will also provide live updates across social media as well as a full report and post-match interviews.
