It's another busy week coming up for Brentford FC Community Sports Trust. The Trust has been keeping people active at home for months and in the next few days there are a variety of free online sessions available. From gymnastics to games nights and, of course, football, there is plenty to do.
There are sessions aimed at young people and also at adults. The Trust has sessions specifically for girls and for teenagers, whether you want to keep your mind active or stay physically active. See more here and below. All are free to participants.

The sessions form part of the Trust's reponse to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic with residents asked to stay at home. During the lengthy period of restriction in the spring and early summer, the Trust ran #BeeatHome and #BeeWell campaigns to keep everyone healthy. Keep an eye on Trust and Club channels for more activities to keep healthy and active at home.
