Brentford FC have won the Screwfix Moment of the Month Award for May. The EFL partner run a prize every month for the best moment, on or off the pitch. Brentford were nominated after winning promotion to the Premier League by beating Swansea City in the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final. The Bees won a public vote and Brentford FC Ambassador Marcus Gayle received the award on behalf of the Club.

Brentford had two of the four nominations for the award. Ivan Toney was also up for the prize after breaking the record for most goals scored in a Championship season since the second tier was rebranded. Other Play-Off winners Blackpool and Morecambe were also nominated.
