The Fantasy Premier League price reveal took place this morning so we now know how our players have been valued ahead of the new campaign. With everyone on the lookout for the value picks, we've taken a scroll through the squad to see how they would have done last season and to get a sense of where the value might be this time around.
David Raya £4.5 GKP - 142 points*
David kept 16 clean sheets last season, to add to his 16 the previous campaign. In 42 matches, David was beaten more than once just nine times and made three or more saves on 16 occasions last term.
Ellery Balcombe £4.0 GKP - 0 points
Patrik Gunnarsson £4.0 GKP - 0 points
Pontus Jansson £4.5 DEF - 66 points
Rico Henry £4.5 DEF - 83 points
Despite missing the final third of the campaign through injury, Rico contributed heavily when he was on the pitch. He grabbed a goal and two assists, as well as nine clean sheets from left-back. Importantly too for fantasy managers, the 23-year-old didn't pick up a single booking all season.
Mads Roerslev £4.5 DEF - 46 points
Mads Sørensen £4.5 DEF - 86 points
Ethan Pinnock £4.5 DEF - 107 points
A commanding presence at the heart of our defence, Ethan would have been our top-scoring defender last season. He started 39 times in the league, the most of any Brentford defender, scoring once with two assists. The 28-year-old would have earned you a clean sheet bonus 14 times and picked up just one red card and no yellows over the course of the season. He also ended the season ninth in the Championship when it came to efforts on goal by centre-backs.
Charlie Goode £4.0 DEF - 12 points
Tariqe Fosu £5.5 MID - 76 points
Sergi Canós £5.5 MID - 129 points
Sergi enjoyed his most productive season so far with nine goals and nine assists in the Sky Bet Championship. Having fought back from a serious knee-injury he was the only Brentford player to feature in all 46 league games and would have earned plenty of bonus points along the way as he contributed to multiple goals/assists on four occasions.
Josh Dasilva £5.5 MID - 79 points
Saman Ghoddos £5.5 MID - 64 points
Bryan Mbeumo £5.5 MID - 135 points
Bryan followed up his remarkable debut season with another impressive effort last term. He contributed 11 Championship assists, the third highest mark in the division, and chipped in with eight goals. A man in form at the end of the campaign, Bryan found the net in four of our last seven second tier outings after a switch to partnering Ivan Toney up front. The 21-year-old would also have earned 16 clean sheet bonus points last season.
Christian Nørgaard £5.0 MID - 30 points
Vitaly Janelt £5.0 MID - 87 points
Mathias Jensen £5.0 MID - 102 points
The conductor in midfield, Mathias played in all-but-one Sky Bet Championship game last term. He scored twice and also chipped in with another seven assists. With 70 key passes over the season, Mathias was 6th in the entire division for chances created.
Jan Zamburek £4.5 MID - 7 points
Mads Bidstrup £4.5 MID - 3 points
Ivan Toney £6.5 FWD - 192 points
The numbers speak for themselves. A Sky Bet Championship record 31 goals with another ten assists for good measure, Ivan made the Championship his playground last season. Deadly from 12 yards, Ivan netted nine out of nine from the penalty spot during the regular season campaign.
Marcus Forss £5.5 FWD - 63 points
Halil Dervişoğlu £5.5 FWD - 0 points
*All Points have been adjusted for a 38-game season. Only Sky Bet Championship games played with Brentford have been allocated points and no match bonus points have been allocated.
