Fantasy Premier League is live and managers all over the world are lining up to add Brentford players to their squads. The game went live last month and managers can create their squads now for the 2021/22 season. You can register your team ahead of the start of the new campaign, which kicks off on Friday 13 August, and for the first time ever, you can put Brentford players in it, which is exactly what The Scout, the Premier League's Fantasy expert, has done.

The Fantasy Premier League season prices were revealed last month and there's plenty of value to be found in selecting some of our stars for the season ahead. Full details on the Brentford prices can be found here. More information on prices of players at other clubs can be seen here. With a £100million budget to spend and unlimited transfers until Gameweek 1, you can use the next seven weeks to tinker with potential team selections.

Early trends have shown Ivan Toney as one of the most popular players in the game, and the most popular striker. In a piece compiled early in the selection window, Ivan had been selected by 39.1 per cent of managers. He was also selected in a squad named by The Scout this week.

In a piece on the Premier League website here, The Scout chose his 15-player squad. Ivan was named as one of the starting players in a 3-4-3 system along with luminaries such as Trent Alexander-Arnold and Bruno Fernandes. Former Brentford striker Ollie Watkins is also in the squad.

Fantasy Premier League enables you to create and join up to 20 private leagues with friends. You can play in classic leagues, with total points deciding the rankings, or take part in head-to-head leagues, where managers duel each Gameweek, earning three points for a win and one for a draw. More on the launch can be seen here and there is lots more FPL information on the Premier League website here.
