The Government's 'Fan-Led Review' into the future of football is asking for input from all fans. The review, led by Tracey Crouch, has been taking evidence from across the game. They have now launched a survey to gather more opinion.

Stewart Purvis, a Brentford FC Director and Chairman of Bees United - the Brentford Supporters' Trust, was invited to speak to Ms Crouch and her review panel. He told them the story of Bees United. You can read about that here.

The purpose of the survey is to gather views of football supporters on key issues relating to the review. This survey has been commissioned by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) in order to assist the review. Answers will remain anonymous and will be used to inform the work of the review.
