Bees United, the Brentford Supporters' Trust, has put together a special web page to honour fans no longer with us. Five weeks ago Brentford won promotion to the Premier League. Thousands were at Wembley Stadium to watch The Bees win the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final but many more who watched Brentford through the years passed away before witnessing the historic day. Bees United wanted to ensure they would not be forgotten.

A web page was created to honour Bees United members and other avid Brentford fans no longer with us and not able to see Premier League football. BU wanted to ensure that their members are remembered on this journey. See more here and below.

The Supporters' Trust began as a pressure group, took majority shareholding in the Club 15 years ago, and then created a partnership with Matthew Benham which led to him becoming the owner. Today BU is a 2,250 strong group of Bees fans with a seat on the Club Board. Read more about Bees United here.

The idea has already attracted hundreds of responses. More can be seen on the Bees United Twitter feed here. But one particular story is worth all Bees fans reading.
