Brentford FC Community Sports Trust is joining forces with Premier League communities to keep young people active this winter. The ongoing Covid-19 outbreak means no sessions can take place in groups indoors or outdoors at present. But there are options for those who want to take part online.

There are football, fitness and gymnastics sessions for boys and girls aged eight to 16. The first sessions start today, Monday 18 January, and they will run until mid-February, when the current restrictions on movement may be lessened. See more below.

The Premier League Charitable Fund creates and supports activities that inspire young people to achieve their potential and positively impact their communities. Since the charity was formed in 2010, more than 1.4 million young people have been involved in one of the programmes, festivals or community activities. These are delivered through the community arm of Premier League and English Football League clubs in England and Wales.

Brentford FC Community Sports Trust works with the PLCF on a series of projects. Premier League Kicks is a unique collaboration between 69 Premier League, English Football League and National League clubs. The nationwide initiative supports young people through weekly football, sport and personal development sessions.
