Brentford will be looking to complete a Sky Bet Championship double over Sheffield Wednesday having won 2-1 at Hillsborough in October. Ivan Toney scored twice as The Bees picked up their first away win of the Sky Bet Championship season. Wednesday will be making their first visit to our new stadium having been the last team to visit Griffin Park in front of fans last March. The Bees won that game 5-0, the season was suspended due to the Covid-19 outbreak soon after and we have not been able to play in front of full stadiums since.

Wednesday are currently in the Sky Bet Championship relegation zone. They were given a 12-point deduction at the start of the season that has since been reduced to a six-point penalty. They have earned 25 points this term but are 23rd in the table because of the deduction.
