Luton kick-off brought forward

Match next week to kick-off earlier

11 January 2021

Brentford's Sky Bet Championship match against Luton Town will now kick-off at 7pm. The Bees will host the Bedfordshire side next Wednesday 20 January. The match will be, unfortunately, played behind closed doors and will now kick-off at 7pm. Fans can tune in on iFollow Brentford to watch.

Brentford will be looking to complete a Sky Bet Championship double over Luton having won 3-0 away from home in October. Rico Henry, Ivan Toney and Marcus Forss got the goals as The Bees picked up all three points. That was the first game in an unbeaten run away from home in the Sky Bet Championship that now extends to seven games.

Luton are currently 14th in the Championship table, having taken 30 points from their 22 games so far. They face Queens Park Rangers tomorrow and will climb in to the top half with a win. Luton beat Reading in the Emirates FA Cup on Saturday and also beat Bristol City in their least league outing but have won only three of 11 games away from home so far this term.
