Brentford FC Community Sports Trust is working hard to keep people young and old active this winter. The ongoing Covid-19 outbreak means no sessions can take place in groups indoors or outdoors at present. But there are options for those who want to take part online.
It may be hard to keep going but the Trust is also here to give you some extra motivation. There is plenty going on whatever your circumstances and current fitness levels. And during half term, the whole family can get involved.

The sessions form part of the Trust's reponse to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic with residents asked to stay at home. During the lengthy period of restriction in the spring and early summer, the Trust ran #BeeatHome and #BeeWell campaigns to keep everyone healthy. Keep an eye on Trust and Club channels for more activities to keep healthy and active at home.
