Brentford FC Community Sports Trust partipants were given a special stranegth and conditioning session last week. The Trust has launched a weekly webinar programme with guest speakers leading the sessions. Last week Tom Perryman, Brentford FC strength and conditioning coach, ran the webinar for those taking part.
The Trust will be running sessions for young people aged six to 19-years-old every week. Brentford midfield player Christian Nørgaard and Brentford WFC player Rabia Azam have already taken part and more guests will follow. The best bits from Tom's strength and conditioning session can be seen below.
The sessions form part of the Trust's reponse to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic with residents asked to stay at home. During the lengthy period of restriction in the spring and early summer, the Trust ran #BeeatHome and #BeeWell campaigns to keep everyone healthy and engaged. Keep an eye on Trust and Club channels for more activities to keep active at home.
