The young Bees go into the game following a 2-0 victory over Hemel Hempstead Town on Saturday morning as Max Haygarth and one of the Trialists grabbed the goals in a deserved win at Bisham Abbey.

The side will travel to Suffolk looking to make it eight wins from nine matches having bounced back from last week's defeat to a strong Wycombe Wanderers side.

Having come through his first 30 minutes of action for five months, Gustav Mogensen looks set to step up his return from injury by getting more minutes under his belt, whilst the game is likely to come too soon for the likes of Mads Bidstrup and Paris Maghoma, who are making steady progress on their returns from injury.

Brentford B will also be without Joe Adams after he secured a loan move to Sky Bet League Two side Grimsby Town on Deadline Day.

Town’s youngsters actually have a fixture today away at Cardiff City Under-23s, which means players from various Town age groups could feature in the match on Wednesday. Their Under-23 squad were last in action on 26 January when they played out a 2-2 draw with Colchester United. Armando Dobra netted both of Town’s goals with United securing themselves a late equaliser in added time.

The Under-23 side are currently second in the Southern division of the Professional Development League having picked up 24 points from their first 13 games. They sit level on points with Bristol City who have top spot by goal difference, and they have also played one less fixture.
