The match was originally due to get under way at midday but has been brought forward by 30 minutes. It will be an opportunity for the young Bees to get back to winning ways following their 4-3 defeat to a Stevenage XI earlier this month.

Their opponents could well feature a mix of youth and experience as Neil MacFarlane’s side look to test themselves against another tough opponent.

The young Bees have a relatively settled squad on the injury front, but though back in training, the game could come too soon for long-term absentee Paris Maghoma who is stepping up his recovery from injury. Ryan Trevitt also looks set to miss the fixture through injury, but other than that Neil MacFarlane has a settled squad to choose from. Mads Bidstrup gained his first taste of action for the young Bees at Stevenage and he has recently been involved in the First Team match day squads.

The last time the side played at Bisham Abbey they beat Hemel Hempstead Town 2-0 as Max Haygarth and a Trialist grabbed the goals on the day.

Brentford B last took on a side from Luton Town back in September 2019 in the sunshine at Griffin Park. The Hatters edged that match with a goal from Callum McManaman in the first half whilst the likes of Josh Dasilva and Joel Valencia featured for the young Bees on the day.
