Referee: David Coote

Assistant Referees: Nick Hopton and Craig Taylor

Fourth Official: Alan Young

Nottinghamshire FA referee David Coote will be the man in charge of Sunday's visit from Barnsley.

Coote started refereeing as a 16-year-old before his promotion to the Football League list in 2010. In May 2014, he was the referee for the League One play-off Final at Wembley between Leyton Orient and Rotherham United.

We have lost only two of the 15 games which he has officiated, with seven wins and six draws. Coote was the referee for our 2-1 win over Fulham in November 2014 and our 2-2 draw at Craven Cottage the following December. He also took charge of home wins against Aston Villa and Leeds United in 2017 and our 0-0 draw against Barnsley in December of that same year.

Last season's assignments under Coote both came early in the season with him taking our 2-0 defeat at Preston North End and then our 1-0 victory over Reading in November. This season he was the man in charge of our 1-1 draw at The Den in September.

This season Coote has taken charge of 17 matches, including a Nations League game between Armenia and Estonia, showing 61 yellow cards and two red cards.
