The Premier League's Primary Stars project has outlined some of the ways it is helping schools keep children active. The Premier League's Primary Stars scheme provides free, flexible and easy-to-use curriculum-linked teaching resources for schools. Using the power of football, the programme offers a host of free resources to teachers and pupils to encourage youngsters to learn, be active and develop important life skills.

Over the past few weeks, the project has released some of what it is offering to schools. This includes a planning toolkit for teachers. The Premier League Primary Stars PE Planning Toolkit is a complete package of teaching and learning materials.

The toolkit is designed to increase primary school teachers’ confidence in planning PE. It will help them to deliver a more inclusive, engaging and high-quality experience for their pupils. See more here and below.
