The Premier League's Primary Stars project has outlined some of the ways it is helping schools keep children active. The Premier League's Primary Stars scheme provides free, flexible and easy-to-use curriculum-linked teaching resources for schools. Using the power of football, the programme offers a host of free resources to teachers and pupils to encourage youngsters to learn, be active and develop important life skills.

Over the past few weeks, the project has released some of what it is offering to schools. This includes lots of PE resources for teachers. The Premier League Primary Stars Values in PE pack is one such package of teaching and learning materials.

This PE pack uses the Premier League Values (Be ambitious, Be inspiring, Be connected, Be fair) to get pupils excited about participating in PE, whatever their skill level, and explore important life skills along their journey. Pupils can think about ways in which they can demonstrate these values in their PE lessons, sport and across the curriculum. See more here and below.
