Brentford FC Community Sports Trust are running a range of fitness classes this winter. The Trust will be helping keep local people active in the coming months. And they have added two extra classes.

The Trust run classes every week from Monday to Saturday. Some are in-person and some are offered virtually, depending on the class. They include yoga, pilates and chair-based exercies and there is a free trial session for everyone who wants to take part.
