Thomas Frank's side will travel to Staffordshire to face the Sky Bet League Two side with Third Round fixtures due to be played between Friday, 7 January 2022-Monday, 10 January 2022.

Port Vale are currently fifth in their division and beat Burton Albion away from home in the Second Round to secure their place in the fixture.
