As we countdown to our first match in the Premier League, this Friday, 13 August, against Arsenal, kick-off 8pm, we wanted to give you an update on all matters concerning Match Tickets and Season Tickets.
Today at noon, a limited number of additional tickets will be made available online only to all My Bees Members who have yet to purchase. These tickets will be extremely limited and subject to availability.
Once we have sold this allocation, we will provide an update on how fans can use the Ticket Exchange. Once active, this will allow Season Ticket Holders the opportunity to register any tickets for resale if they are unable to attend the game. Members who have not yet purchased will then have the chance to buy these tickets.
SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
Many of our Season Ticket Holders have started to receive their Season Ticket Welcome Packs, and all packs are now on the way. Households will not necessarily receive all expected packs in the same post, so there is no need to be concerned if they do not arrive together, they are on the way.
If you haven’t received your Season Ticket following your post arriving on Wednesday 11 August, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your fan number and postal address and we will issue you with paper or print at home tickets for you to enter the ground for our Premier League opener against Arsenal. No one will miss out due to any postal issues.
PREMIUM SEAT HOLDERS
The vast majority of Premium Seat Holders collected their Welcome Packs on Saturday. For those Premium Seat Holders who didn’t collect their packs, we will contact you directly via email with an update on your Welcome Packs later today.
For all of our fans patiently waiting for news of Crystal Palace tickets, the tickets are with us, but we are awaiting CPFC to complete a review of their ground entry requirements and give us the go-ahead to put our away allocation on sale for the match on Saturday 21 August.
We hope to be given permission to begin sales imminently.
