Last night on social media we incorrectly confirmed ALL tickets for Bees fans for our Premier League match away at Crystal Palace on Saturday, 21 August, had been posted. The vast majority of tickets were indeed posted, but unfortunately a small number of tickets including all restricted view tickets that were purchased late were not able to be despatched.

Due to the late despatch and potential challenges with the postal service, in conjunction with Crystal Palace we have decided this allocation of tickets will now be collection only from either the Brentford Community Stadium Box Office (From 9.30am tomorrow, Thursday, and prior to 8pm on Friday night) or at Crystal Palace FC (from 1pm on Saturday). We have emailed all ticket purchasers in this group with further details.
