Brentford B trio Joe Adams, Nathan Shepperd and Fin Stevens have once again been called up to the Wales Under-21 squad ahead of a UEFA Under-21 European Championship qualifying match with Bulgaria in September.
The Welsh play their second qualifying match in the upcoming international break as they look to qualify for the 2023 tournament which will be held in Georgia and Romania.
Wales are placed in Group E where they are alongside The Netherlands, Switzerland, Moldova and Gibraltar as well as the Bulgarians, who they will take on in Sofia on Tuesday 7 September.
The side will also play a training fixture to ready themselves for their opening fixture against Scotland a few days before.
They have played one match so far in the Group Stage where they welcomed Moldova to Wales and the sides played out a 0-0 draw in Llanelli.
Joe has been in fine form for Brentford B so far this season having netted five times whilst Nathan Shepperd has also been in action for Neil MacFarlane’s side in matches against the likes of Dulwich Hamlet, Aldershot Town and Cambridge United. As for Fin, he has been involved with the First Team in pre-season in recent weeks and last featured for Brentford B in their impressive draw against a strong Crystal Palace XI.
