Brentford FC are advertising for a Crowd Safety Supervisor to be part of the team at our new stadium. Working as part of the security team and reporting to Head of Security, the successful candidate will assist other members of the match day staff as required to ensure the safety and control of all spectators before, during and after an event. They will work in our new stadium, a state of the art 17,250-capacity venue which opened in the latter part of 2020.

The main job of the Crowd Safety Supervisor is, in conjunction with all Club staff, other agencies and with the help of the police, if in attendance, to ensure the safety of all spectators, staff and other attendees within the stadium at all times. Among the main roles are to direct members of the public entering or leaving the stadium, helping to achieve an even flow of people and ensuring that overcrowding does not occur. They will also undertake specific roles or duties in the event of a major incident which may result in the evacuation of the stadium.

The successful candidate will have good communiction skills and be calm under pressure. They will also have the NVQ 3 Crowd Safety Qualification or equivalent or be studying for it. Applicants should be able to work in and manage a team and being patient and attentive is important.
