The sixth Brentford Community Stadium construction newsletter has been delivered to around 4,000 local residents and businesses close to the site over the last few days. The Club, working with Development Partner EcoWorld London, have been keeping people in the local area updated as the building work has continued. A series of newsletters have been sent and the latest is out now.

The newsletter provides an update on how the development of the whole site is continuing. Brentford have played their first games inside the stadium in the past week after gaining a safety certificate. There is also news of work being done in the local community. See the newsletter here.

The stadium development is an important part of the wider regeneration of the area known as Brentford East. It will deliver a stadium together with more than 900 new homes, a new purpose-built location for Brentford FC Community Sports Trust, and a public square with shops and cafes. The stadium will also be home to London Irish RFC, who have a licence to play at the venue.
