Freeze, Reserve or Refund? Tell us before Friday

Season Ticket Holders have until midnight on Friday 2 October to pick one of our three options

Last week, we contacted all 2020/21 Season Ticket Holders to outline the three options for this season. The Club offered the opportunity for supporters to ‘freeze’ their 2020/21 ticket and defer it to the 2021/22 season. Alternatively, fans can choose one of two refund options: either a full refund or a 75 per cent refund. Supporters that choose a 75 per cent refund will leave a 25 per cent non-refundable deposit with the Club to hold their seat location at the stadium for the 2021/22 season.

We are delighted with the responses so far as the majority supporters have already responded and more than 90 per cent have taken the freeze option. If you’ve not picked the option for your 2020/21 Season Ticket yet, please remember to let us know by midnight on Friday.

Just respond via the email we sent you last week to select your option. If you are a Season Ticket Holder for the 2020/21 season and have not received your email from the Club, please fill in our online form here. If we don’t hear from you, your Season Ticket will be frozen.

If you purchased more than one Season Ticket or share an email address with family members, please fill in the form once for each member of your group. Please note you should have one fan number for each Season Ticket.

To thank you for your support we’ve sent all our Season Ticket Holders a promo code that gives access to iFollow for Brentford v Preston North End on Sunday. This should be in your inbox now or it has been sent by text to those fans that we have no email address for.

  • Ensure that the details in your ticketing account are up to date. Please log in to your ticketing account here. Please also check your communication preferences. You may have unsubscribed from email or text communications which overrides your preferences and means you may be missing out on key updates. Simply fill in your details here. If you have any queries, please email us at enquiries@brentfordfc.com.
  • In order to make use of all the Season Ticket Holder privileges this season, your iFollow email address must be the same as the email address on your ticketing account. If this is not the case, you may need to create a new iFollow account. If you already have an iFollow account with the same email address as your Brentford FC ticketing account but do not know the password, please click here (please check your junk folder if you don’t receive an email to reset your password).
