Watch: Do One Thing on World Mental Health Day

Brentford FC mark World Mental Health Day

9 October 2020

Brentford FC are joining the EFL, other clubs and EFL charity partner Mind to collectively mark World Mental Health Day tomorrow, which is Saturday 10 October. Encouraging conversations around our own mental health and that of others has never been more important due to the Covid-19 outbreak and the ‘do one thing’ campaign run by Mind, the EFL's charity partner, aims to inspire people to make one small change or take one action to look after their mental health. See what some familiar faces plan to do.

Brentford FC and its Community Sports Trust have been running an online talk club since March, aimed at Brentford fans and local male residents. The group, with more than 20 members provides a safe hub for men to talk and support each other. There will be a meeting of the group on World Mental Health Day.
