Brentford FC Community Sports Trust's football development trials will take place next week and there are still spaces available. Trials were originally planned for earlier this year but can now take place with social distancing measures. They will be held at Gunnersbury Park next Monday, 26 October.

Players will participate in a two-hour training session consisting of one hour of technical practices and one hour of conditioned small-sided games. No feedback will be provided on the day. The trial is available for new players wishing to join the Trust's football programme and is available for both outfield and goalkeepers, with specific training being provided. Existing players in the programme do not need to re-trial.

Brentford FC Community Sports Trust’s football programme offers young people of any ability and those with potential, an opportunity to receive a high-quality football education experience, enabling them to improve in a player-centred environment. Participants have the opportunity to attend weekly training sessions at multiple venues, delivered by FA and UEFA qualified coaching staff and represent Brentford FC in a structured development match programme against other professional club Trusts including Fulham, Ipswich Town, Oxford United and Reading. Matches take place during the holiday periods and do not conflict across participants ‘grassroots football’ commitments.
