Supporters that chose to freeze their 2020/21 Season Tickets have received an email from the Club today with details on how to watch our game at Sheffield Wednesday later this month. The Bees will travel to Hillsborough on Wednesday 21 October for a game that will kick-off at 7.45pm. The game will, unfortunately, be behind closed doors but will be live on Sky Sports.

As part of our offer, which can be seen in full here, the 90 per cent of fans that opted to freeze their 2020/21 Season Tickets will get access to iFollow coverage of our home games and midweek away fixtures until the end of 2020. When a game is chosen for live coverage on Sky Sports, this access is given via a VIP service linked to a supporters’ email address. We have to compile a list of supporters and their email addresses for EFL Digital in order to give access to these games.

For our game at Sheffield Wednesday, this list will be sent next Wednesday, 14 October. In order to get access to the game, the email address held by the Club for a Season Ticket Holder must match an email address the EFL hold for an iFollow account. Fans can then sign in and watch the match without entering a code. An email has been sent to those that froze their Season Tickets with more details.

If you did not receive an email, please let us know

If you already have an iFollow account with the same email address as your Brentford FC ticketing account but do not know the password, please click here (please check your junk folder if you don’t receive an email to reset your password). Please note, your data will be passed to EFL Digital for the sole purpose of providing you access to iFollow. If you do not wish your data to be passed, please reply and we will remove you from this. In doing so, you will not receive VIP access, resulting in you not being able to watch the match. Our privacy policy can be viewed here.

We ask supporters to ensure the details in your ticketing account are up to date. Please log in to your ticketing account here. Please also check your communication preferences. You may have unsubscribed from email or text communications which overrides your preferences and means you may be missing out on key updates. Simply fill in your details here.
