The 17-year-old, who joined up with the young Bees in the summer, has impressed since arriving at the Club and earned himself a debut with Thomas Frank’s men during our Carabao Cup fixture at home to Fulham on 1 October.

Brentford won the match to progress to the Quarter-Finals of the competition with two goals from Said Benrahma and one from Marcus Forss.

Fin came on as a 79th minute substitute with the young right back replacing Said. The youngster looked assured on his debut and has also been part of the match day squad against Wycombe Wanderers in the same competition back in early September.

The Robert Rowan Debut Board pays tribute to our former Technical Director who sadly passed away in 2018. Robert played a key role in Brentford B’s formation as the Club made the decision to move from an academy structure to having two teams.

Fin has now become the 17th player to represent Brentford B and then go on to make a First Team debut, and he is in good company with recent players such as Fredrik Hammar, Mads Roerslev and Jaakko Oksanen.

Discussing his debut, Fin said: “There was an opportunity for me in training to step in and I felt I did well.

"It was a very proud moment for me and my family and I'm thankful for Thomas (Frank) and Brian (Riemer) for giving me the opportunity.

"As soon as you get a bit, you want more so you want to keep playing and get more minutes and hopefully I can get a start soon at some point."
