The young Bees were last in action on 20 October when they travelled to Hendon FC in the Second Round of the London Senior Cup and picked up an impressive 6-2 win.

Neil MacFarlane could well call upon Valgeir Valgeirsson once again after he netted twice on his Brentford B debut last time out. Wraynel Hercules could make his return from injury having stepped up his recovery in recent weeks so there’ll be competition for places against the National League side.

Brentford B actually came up against Aldershot earlier this month in a friendly at The EBB Stadium, but with their league fixture with Notts County postponed recently following some positive Covid-19 results at Meadow Lane, Aldershot will now travel to take on the young Bees once again.

When the sides last met it was Aldershot who came out on top when they claimed a 3-2 win despite a spirited second half display from the young Bees. Mo Bettamer and Alfy Whittingham got the goals for Town, whilst a Brentford Trialist and Aaron Pressley scored for Brentford B, but they were unable to find that all-important third to draw the game.

The match will not be live streamed this afternoon, however there will be live updates across social media as well as a full report, and you will be able to hear from Neil MacFarlane and his squad after the game.
