With restrictions on movement again implemented in response to the Covid-19 pandemic and residents asked to stay at home, Brentford FC Community Sports Trust is again working to keep people active. During the lengthy period of restriction in the spring and early summer, the Trust ran #BeeatHome and #BeeWell campaigns to keep everyone healthy. That is now underway again.
The Trust is in partnership with Hounslow Council to offer a range of health classes to do at home. There are free sessions for Hounslow residents as well as others than you can pay for to keep active. See more below.

The classes include chair-based exercises for those over 60 and full body workouts. There is something to do almost every day and a range of times to suit your needs. See more here.
