Since its inception ahead of the 2017/18 season, Brentford Football Club’s Official Club Partnerships Program has gone from strength to strength. It has grown over the last few seasons as the Club bids farewell to Griffin Park and moves into our brand new stadium.

Apart from the more obvious far reaching benefits of the partnerships, including LED advertising, social media campaigns, player appearances, hospitality and match tickets, one of the most successful and enjoyable pieces has been the variety of events put on for Club Partners.

Over the past few months, Club Partners have been able to go on a tour of the new stadium site, and have also taken part in the Official First Team photograph. There was a Christmas gathering for partners at Porsche Centre West London before they watched The Bees beat Luton Town 7-0. Other events have included a tour of the Griffin Brewery in Chiswick, where Club Partners Asahi produce the famous London Pride ale, a golf event at The Shire London, the only UK golf course delighted by Seve Ballesteros and even a football tournament on the famous Griffin Park pitch.

One of the highlights of the season is the Partners Luncheon which is always well attended and has seen partners and their guests given an insight into different areas of the football club with guest speakers including co-directors of football Phil Giles and Rasmus Ankersen and B Team Head Coash Neil MacFarlane.

James Parkinson, Brentford FC Commercial Director, said “At Brentford Football Club, we enjoy a large and broad array of partners spanning several industries. The annual luncheon is genuinely one of the highlights of the partner events calendar.  Each year we host at least six non matchday social events to help partners engage with one another. Since launching our official partner scheme three years ago we are growing this family year on year and look to continue this trend as we move to our new stadium this summer.”

Brentford FC is proudly situated in west London, which is the second largest economic hub in the UK and boasts over 120,000 businesses ranging from SME’s to multi-nationals. The new stadium offers brands and businesses a fantastic opportunity to stand out and do business whilst having fun by partnering with an innovative football club.
