Preston have enjoyed one of the most eye-catching runs to the Last Eight after putting 10 past Crawley Town in Round One before a 4-1 win over Salford City in Round Two. As Sam was seeing off Queens Park Rangers 3-1 on Tuesday night, Preston, represented by supporter James Moulding, were winning a derby of their own against Blackburn Rovers; Sean Maguire and Tom Barkhuizen with the goals.

In Daniel Johnson (6) and Alan Browne (5), The Lilywhites have the joint-top and joint-third top scorers in the whole competition.

The other Quarter-Finals will see Swansea City host Birmingham City, Huddersfield take on Fulham, and Middlesbrough travel to Nottingham Forest.

By this time next week we will be just hours away from finding out our Champion with the four Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals and Finals all coming up over the next seven days.

As well as supporting The Bees during the tournament, you can also show your support for the EFL’s charity partner, Mind, the mental health charity. In these tough times their services are needed more than ever so while you’re being entertained by the action, please consider donating on this JustGiving page which will be open during the tournament.
